- 2 bunches kale
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees.
- With a knife or kitchen shears remove stems and cut into bite size pieces.
- Wash and thoroughly dry the kale. Use a salad spinner if you have one.
- Drizzle olive oil on kale and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes until edges of the kale is brown. Be careful not to burn it.
